Ambient, refrigerated (2–8 °C), frozen, and dry-ice shipments are transported in validated insulated containers. Temperature-sensitive shipments are monitored in transit, and any temperature excursion is documented and reported to the consignee before delivery is closed.
Biological specimens are handled by couriers trained in OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens and medical courier specimen collection & transportation best practices. Specimens are transported in leak-resistant, appropriately labeled packaging, and spill-containment supplies are carried in every vehicle.
Every transfer is captured electronically through our Track-POD proof-of-delivery system: timestamped pickup and delivery, receiving-party signature capture, photo proof of delivery, barcode/QR scanning to match each item to the correct recipient, and GPS geotagging. A time-stamped delivery record is available to the client in real time and retained for audit.
Chemotherapy and hazardous medications are handled by personnel who have completed chemotherapy and hazardous-drug safe-handling training, with dedicated containment.
Every courier completes and maintains documented training in the following areas. Certificates carry current completion dates and are available on request.
All couriers clear a background check and motor-vehicle-record review before carrying live work.
